U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Wester is part of the Indo-Pacific Directorate of DPAA. Fanchiang is a Short Term Individual Augmentee to DPAA from the Navy Medical Readiness Training Unit, U.S. Marne Corps Recruit Depo, California.
