U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Stephanie Fanchiang, a medic for Recovery Team 3, part of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Joint Field Activity 26-3LA, carries a folded U.S. flag during a Remembrance Ceremony held at the conclusion of the activity in Pakse, Laos, March 31, 2026. Fanchiang is a Short Term Individual Augmentee to DPAA from the Navy Medical Readiness Training Unit, U.S. Marne Corps Recruit Depo, California.
