NAIROBI, Kenya (March 24, 2026) Adm. George Wikoff, commander, U.S. Naval
Forces Europe and Africa, signs the guest book of the Kenya Chief of Defence,
General Charles Kahariri, during a visit to the Defence Headquarters in
Nairobi, Kenya. Leaders from U.S. Naval Forces Africa (NAVAF) visited Kenya to
reinforce a security partnership and work with the Kenya Defence Forces to
strengthen regional capabilities. U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa works
with allies and partners to support security and stability in the region. (U.S.
