MOMBASA, Kenya (March 25, 2026) Adm. George Wikoff, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa, and
Major General Paul Otieno, commander, Kenya Navy, receive a brief from the
Kenya Navy Marine Commandos during a visit to Kenya Navy Base Mtongwe in Mombasa.
Leaders from U.S. Naval Forces Africa (NAVAF) visited Kenya to reinforce a
security partnership and work with the Kenya Defence Forces to strengthen
regional capabilities. U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa works with allies
