This is a story about U.S. Navy Lt. Victor Agunbiade returning back to his hometown of Lagos, Nigeria during exercise Obangame Express 23. Lt. Agunbiade is a Nigerian-born, Navy Reservist who is serving as the exercise’s country lead.
