During the visit, participants toured facilities, observed airlift operations, received mission briefings, and flew on a C-130J Super Hercules to gain firsthand insight into the 165 AW’s role in national defense, strengthening ties between Airmen and the community and equipping civic leaders to serve as informed advocates of the Georgia Air National Guard mission.
