Moore, garrison Command Sergeant Major, left, had front row seats to observe and score performances of the Pershing Hill Elementary School students who performed at the PHES Martin Luther King Jr., oratorical competition Wednesday, March 11. In all 14 students -- all part of the Speak Up! Speak Out! Public Speaking Club -- recited spoken-word poetry in front of dozens of parents, teachers and friends.
