Loralei Bullard performs, "Change Sings," by Amanda Gorman, during the Pershing Hill Elementary School Martin Luther King Oratorical Competition Wednesday, March 11. In total, 14 elementary students of different ages at PHES recited poems from seven different poets in front of a crowd of parents, teachers and friends for a chance to represent PHES in the district oratorical competition later this year.
