Gordon was awarded for identifying a patient in respiratory distress with abnormal vital signs and ensuring immediate emergency intervention. Gordon’s rapid assessment and decisive actions led to timely transfer and diagnosis of a spontaneous pneumothorax, preventing a potential adverse outcome, ensuring the healthiness and readiness of the force and patients.
