The Honorable Brent G. Ingraham, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology), engages with industry partners during the Coffee Series, an event hosted by the Association of the U.S. Army at AUSA’s headquarters, Arlington, Va., March 12, 2026. The Army’s acquisition reform establishes six Portfolio Acquisition Executives and the Pathway for Innovation and Technology. The PAEs cover programs including Fires, Maneuver Air, Maneuver Ground, Command and Control/Counter-C2, Agile Sustainment and Ammo, and Layered Protection/CBRND - each responsible for integrating requirements, technology, contracting and sustainment within a capability portfolio to streamline decisions and rapidly deliver modern capabilities to Soldiers.
