The Honorable Brent G. Ingraham, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology), engages with foreign nation allies during the Coffee Series, an event hosted by the Association of the U.S. Army at AUSA’s headquarters, Arlington, Va., March 12, 2026.
