26-2LA Recovery Team 3 and local Lao workers screen soil during a recovery mission in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Feb. 7, 2026. The local Lao workers provided vital support during recovery efforts by assisting in soil sifting, moving and transferring buckets of soil and building the structures needed for excavation operations.
