Christopher Guadiz, Hawaii National Guard command chief touches a memorial wall containing the names of some of missing-in-action from WW2 during a visit to the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Feb. 20, 2026, Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. The cemetery and memorials contain the graves of military fallen and the names of the missing-in-action from WW2. The visit was part of the U.S. National Guard's State Partnership Program which links a State's National Guard with foreign partner nations to build long-term, mutually beneficial security relationships.
