ALL GAVE SOME, SOME GAVE ALL - The 2nd Battalion, 123rd Field Artillery based in Milan keeps a photo at its headquarters of fallen hero, Sgt. Brian M. Romines. Sgt. Romines, 20, of Simpson, Illinois, was killed in action when an improvised explosive device detonated near the vehicle he was travelling in near Baghdad, Iraq, on June 6, 2005. The unit keeps the portrait of Sgt. Romines in its most heavily traveled hallway as a reminder of his sacrifice to the unit's Soldiers and all others who visit its headquarters.
