U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the Aviation Battalion, District of Columbia National Guard, tow a UH-72A Lakota helicopter into the D.C. Armory in Washington, Feb. 25, 2026. The Aviation Battalion conducted a rare urban landing at this location to practice operating in a complex, urban environment similar to those they may encounter while providing aerial observation and support to local and federal partners.
