U.S. Army Sgt. Justin Weaver, aviation maintenance specialist, Aviation Battalion, District of Columbia National Guard, plans a route to tow a UH-72A Lakota helicopter into the D.C. Armory in Washington, Feb. 25, 2026. The Aviation Battalion conducted a rare urban landing at this location to practice operating in a complex, urban environment similar to those they may encounter while providing aerial observation and support to local and federal partners.
