Adm. Samuel J. Paparo, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, joined Nepal senior leaders during a visit to the Birendra Peace Operations Training Centre in Panchkhal, Nepal on Feb. 14, 2026. The Centre prepares troops for United Nations peacekeeping missions and supports multinational peace operations.
