Billy Bell Jr. and his family receive Billy Weldon Bell Sr.'s identification tag during the ceremonial WW II identification-tag presentation in Burnet, Texas, Feb. 11, 2026. Bell served during World War II and was injured during his time in service, after which he was sent back to Cypress, Texas. He passed away at the age of 95 on May 31, 2021.
