    U.S. Marine Corps 1st Sgt. Travis Barnes, an Inspector Instructor with Weapons Company, 1st Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, gives a speech during the ceremonial presentation of Billy Weldon Bell's WW II identification tag in Burnet, Texas, Feb. 11, 2026. Bell served during World War II and was injured during his time in service, after which he was sent back to Cypress, Texas. He passed away at the age of 95 on May 31, 2021.
