Contractors place grouted riprap in the outlet channel at Kanopolis Lake as part of the Kanopolis Lake outlet channel repair project. The project aims to prevent erosion of the outlet channel during water releases. Designed and constructed by the Kansas City District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the project is expected to be complete in March 2026.
