    Army Capt. Christopher Ortega, civil affairs operation officer, 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry, Task Force Liberty, oversees the distribution of soccer equipment. The Iraqi security forces sponsoring the 25 soccer teams were given the equipment to distribute to their teams belonging to the soccer league.
