    Army Capt. Christopher Ortega, civil affairs operation officer, 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry, Task Force Liberty, discusses the distribution of soccer equipment with an off-duty Iraqi policeman. The Iraqi security forces sponsoring the 25 soccer teams were given the equipment to distribute to their teams belonging to the soccer league.
