    Thousands of dollars of soccer (football) equipment was layed out on a soccer field in Tikrit, to be donated to a 25 teams belonging to a league and sponsored by the local security forces.
    The 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry, Task Force Liberty Soldiers provided security for the event along side their Iraqi counterparts, soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 1st Brigade, 4th Iraqi Army Division.
