Spc. Ethan Ticer, 211th Military Police Company, mounts snow chains on a 1165A1 Humvee in preparation for Winter Cyclone Gianna in Farmville, North Carolina on Jan. 30th, 2026. Snow chains are added to military vehicles to provide maximum durability on heavy duty equipment.
