MONTEREY, Calif. – Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) students, faculty and researchers attend final presentations for the inaugural cohort of USMC–NPS AI fellows on the school‘s campus, Jan. 14, 2026. Through the fellowship, five Marines selected from a pool of applicants spent five months exploring the use of applied AI to a challenge at the fellow’s command, with NPS faculty and industry experts advising their efforts.
