The family of Spc. Daniel Lucas Elliott unveil one of the plaques that memorializes the Cary Army Reserve center in North Carolina. Elliott was killed in action in Basra, Iraq, July 15, 2011 while deployed with the 805th MP Company. Also assisting in the unveiling is Maj. Gen. Sanford Holman, commanding general of the 200th Military Police Command.
