U.S. Marines with 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division and Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 466, forward deployed with Marine Aircraft Group 36 as part of the Unit Deployment Program, conduct a Mission Master Silent Partner aerial lift rehearsal on a CH-53E Super Stallion on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 12, 2026. This training iteration was the first time an unmanned ground vehicle was validated to be lifted via CH-53E Super Stallion on Okinawa, proving a new option for how to move and deploy this unmanned ground vehicle platform within the First Island Chain.
