Fred Parish addresses the audience in attendance at the Oregon Aviation Hall of Honor Ceremony held at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, McMinnville, Ore., on October 17, 2010. Parish was representing the 123rd Observation Squadron, which was the first group to be inducted into the Hall of Honor.
