Navy diver 2nd class, Juan Gonzalesrivera hits the water after diving from a dive barge. Code 760 Regional Dive Division, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility performed a salvage operation to remove an underwater mooring hazard near Pier Delta at Naval Base Kitsap. Navy divers from Bangor and Everett, along with civilian divers from PSNS & IMF, worked together to clear the hazard Oct. 21, 2025, in Bremerton, Washington. The barge was towed underwater using salvage lift bags to dry dock 3 at PSNS & IMF for salvage on Oct. 22, 2025.
