A Washington National Guard Light Medium Tactical Vehicle (LMTV) transports Coast Guardsmen with the U.S. Coast Guard National Strike Force over a flooded roadway on 277th Street, near West Valley Highway, in Kent, Wash., Dec. 17, 2025.
