Retired U.S. Army Col. Frank Cohn speaks to the Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and U.S. Army Military District of Washington (JTF-NCR/USAMDW) provost marshal office at Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, D.C., Dec. 16, 2025. Cohn, who turned 100 years old in August, served 35 years in the Army. His final assignments before retiring were serving as USAMDW’s provost marshal and chief of staff in the 1970s.
