Retired U.S. Army Col. Frank Cohn smiles after meeting with Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and U.S. Army Military District of Washington (JTF-NCR/USAMDW) leadership, at Fort Lesley J. McNair, Dec. 16, 2025. Cohn, along with retired Col. Arnold Daxe, spoke to command leadership and the JTF-NCR/USAMDW provost marshal office about their distinguished careers and their time in the military police corps.
