YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 4, 2025) — Acting Assistant Secretary of War for Health Affairs Dr. Stephen Ferrara presents Lt. Lauren Cruz with a coin during an All Hands Call recognizing her outstanding performance and contributions to the hospital’s mission. Cruz demonstrated superior clinical excellence and leadership as physical therapy division officer, delivering more than 6,000 patient encounters, earning national board certification, improving access to care and strengthening operations across six geographically dispersed clinics.
