KEKAHA, Hawaii (Dec. 11 2025) Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, Rear Adm. Brad Collins views the Mana Well which provides water for the installation with Capt. Robert Prince, Commanding Officer of Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, during an installation visit. Collins asked Sailors about ways that Navy Region Hawaii could better support the team at PMRF. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain range, capable of supporting surface and sub-surface, air and space operations simultaneously.
