KEKAHA, Hawaii (Dec. 11 2025) Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, Rear Adm. Brad Collins attends a luncheon with Sailors during a visit to Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands. Collins asked Sailors about ways that Navy Region Hawaii could better support the team at PMRF. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain range, capable of supporting surface and sub-surface, air and space operations simultaneously.
