KEKAHA, Hawaii (Dec. 11 2025) Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, Rear Adm. Brad Collins views enlisted quarters during a visit to Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands. Collins met with the housing team and Master-at-Arms Seaman Emily Turner to see first hand the quality of living quarters for junior enlisted at PMRF. PMRF is the world's largest instrumented multi-domain range, capable of supporting surface and sub-surface, air and space operations simultaneously.
