U.S. Air Force second lieutenants assigned to the 12th Training Squadron and a 12th Maintenance Group crew chief work together to change a landing light on a T-38C Talon on the flightline at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, Dec. 4, 2025. The 12th TRS Airmen participated in the Causal Lieutenant Program which requires officers awaiting flight training to assist organizations such as the safety office, security forces and flightline operations to gain insight into how various agencies work together within JBSA.
