Tripoli, LIBYA (Dec. 1, 2025) – Gen. Dagvin Anderson, U.S. Africa Command Commander, meets Libya Prime Minister and Acting Defense Minister Abdulhamid Dabaiba. Anderson was in Tripoli as part of the first stop in a two-day visit where U.S. leaders met with Libyan leaders from the east and west.
