TEAM POPE HIGHLIGHT: This week’s #TeamPopeHighlight is Racheal Elbus, 43rd Force Support Squadron, Transition Assistance Program (TAP) manager. Elbus assists Airmen and their spouses across Team Pope with processing out of the Air Force as they prepare for life after active-duty. She started working with TAP at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., through the Cannon Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) Employment Assistance Program. Elbus, who has been at Pope with her husband for two years, not only manages TAP, but also helps with other M&FRC programs when needed while cooking, gardening and staying active with sports.
