TEAM POPE HIGHLIGHT: This week’s #TeamPopeHighlight is Master Sgt. Mavis Richardson, 43rd Force Support Squadron development adviser. Richardson worked to improve the Professional Development Center by creating a distance learning version of the foundations courses and recruiting over 30 facilitators for the courses at the development center from across the 43rd Air Mobility Operations Group and tenant units for a unique and diverse team to teach courses. Accomplishing those actions and more, she won the Master Sergeant Kurt Dodd Development Advisor of the Year Award at the Air Mobility Command level. While working to improve the development center, she finds time to be a mom and study her faith.
