U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 6th Marines, forward deployed under 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program, execute a simulated casualty evacuation drill during an Alert Contingency Marine Air-Ground Task Force drill at the Jungle Warfare Training Center in Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 23rd, 2025.
