Fifteen Medical Group Airmen from the 103d Airlift Wing provide a variety of medical services to crowds at an Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) clinic in America Samoa, Aug. 20, 2025. Through this clinic, airmen from the 103d Airlift Wing were able to provide a full range of medical services to include pediatric vaccines, eye exams, physicals, and even gallbladder surgery. The 103d MDG has conducted similar clinics in Hawaii and Georgia, but this marked their first time serving American Samoa.
