Fifteen Medical Group U.S. Air Force service members from the 103d Airlift Wing arrive at a facility where they will operate a clinic offering a full range of medical services as part of an Innovative Readiness Training in American Samoa, Aug. 14, 2025. This clinic provide critical medical care to thousands of citizens in American Samoa at no cost, while at the same time offering hands-on training for service members. The 103d MDG has conducted similar clinics in Hawaii and Georgia, but this marked their first time serving American Samoa.
