Robert Brautigam, a Critical Care Doctor with the 103d Medical Group, briefs providers with the 103d Medical Group before an Innovative Readiness Training medical clinic opens for the day in American Samoa on Aug. 14, 2025. Fifteen Medical Group Airmen from the 103d Airlift Wing collaborated with active-duty U.S. Navy and U.S. Army personnel to operate a clinic that offered a full range of medical services to civilians in American Samoa.
