U.S. Coast Guardsmen Chief Warrant Officer 2 Nate Wilber and Damage Controlman 2nd Class Isaac Stenback work on a Browning M2 .50 caliber machine gun aboard the Dominican Republic GC-109 Orion. The Orion, a fast patrol craft, was in port preparing to take part in Tradewinds 2013. Tradewinds 2013 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
