A crew member aboard the TTS Chaconia, a Trinidad and Tobagoan fast patrol craft, receives a replenishment of fresh water with the assistance of the Saint Lucian Fire Services. The Chaconia was in port preparing to take part in Tradewinds 2013. Tradewinds 2013 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
