During the ceremony, U.S. Army Col. Lillian Woodington, the 89th Military Police Brigade commander, transferred authority to U.S. Marine Corps Col. Andrew Terrell, the 7th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division commander, in support of JTF-SB.
