U.S. Army Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment conduct a color uncasing ceremony during a transfer of authority ceremony in Lithuania on Oct. 03, 2025. The 3-69th Armored Regiment, alongside the 1-41st Field Artillery Brigade, cased their colors to signify the completion of their rotation to Eastern Europe in support of Operation European Assure, Deter, and Reinforce 2025. They are now being replaced by the 1-12th Cavalry Regiment and the 2-82nd Field Artillery Regiment, who uncased their colors to signify the continuation of building war-fighting capabilities and advancing convergence with NATO Allied partner nations.
