Command Sgt. Maj. Ebou Wadda relinquished responsibility of the 704th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, to Command Sgt. Maj. Luis Taveras at Fort Bliss, Texas, on Sept. 17, 2025.
