Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) and Carrier Air Wing Three (CVW 3) are the 2024 winners of the Rear Adm. "Jig Dog" Ramage Award. IKE and CVW-3 earned the Navy Unit Commendation medal and Combat Action Ribbon for operational achievements during their 2023-2024 deployment, their combat success embodies the spirit of Rear Adm. “Jig Dog” Ramage’s namesake award.
